CFRT's Bowl-A-Palooza

We apologize for the slight delay in between columns and posts, but since it's better to be late than never, here is CFRT's first annual Bowl-A-Palooza!

As a fledgling tradition we hope to continue for years to come, our inaugural edition of this season-ending picks column will feature two celebrity guest pickers against me and one of the CFRT Staff (in this case, Sean Doyle, our SEC Contributor who's done a great job covering the SEC for us throughout CFRT's first season).

Our celebrity guest pickers need little introduction in the Gainesville, Florida area (home of the Florida Gators), but for those of you outside the greater Gainesville area, please welcome Jeff Cardozo and John Cornell.

Jeff Cardozo

Cardozo is a former All-SEC pitcher for UF who is now the color analyst for the Gator Baseball radio network, and hosts the television show Gatorzone weekdays on Sun Sports.

He also leads off the first half of the Morning Doubleheader weekdays at 7 a.m. on 105 The Game FM Gainesville.

And that leads us to the second, but certainly not least, half of the Morning Doubleheader sports talk show at 8 a.m. - Mr. Cornell (a.k.a.: JC).

Cornell

In addition to his duties at 105 The Game, Cornell worked for nine years at WCJB TV-20 in Gainesville where he served as Sports Director/Sports Anchor for the 6-11 p.m. newscasts.
